Your link, illustrated
Enter a public destination and a short description of the scene you want. One subject and a setting is a good place to start. Don’t include private access links or passwords.
Choose between two AI-generated interpretations. Adding an already-completed image to your design does not require another generation credit.
Keep the full image and border. Before printing or sharing, scan the exported layout at its intended size and check that it opens the right destination.
A clear picture of your balance
Canva and Adobe Express connect to your existing Kyutcode account and use its credit wallet. You can use up to 1 complimentary generation per calendar month across those apps combined, producing 2 designs. This is a limit within your existing wallet, not an extra free credit for each app. You need an available complimentary credit in that wallet.
The website continues to offer 2 free generations per calendar month. Creating in an app uses the same account balance, so it does not add a separate allowance on top. Reconnecting, reinstalling, or switching between Canva and Adobe Express does not reset your monthly usage.
Shopify uses a separate shop account and credit balance, with 1 complimentary generation per calendar month for that shop. Credit packs purchased in Shopify belong to the shop and are billed through Shopify. They do not appear in your personal website, Canva, or Adobe Express wallet.
Purchased Kyutcode credits are used first. One credit creates 2 designs. Free artwork is lower resolution with Kyutcode branding; paid-credit artwork is full resolution without that branding. The app balance reflects the complimentary limit. Monthly periods reset in UTC; unused monthly credits expire at the next monthly reset.
Quick answers
Open the Kyutcode app or add-on, connect your verified Kyutcode account, enter the public link your QR should open, and describe a simple scene. Create two designs, then choose the image you want to add to your design. The first release uses fixed destination links. Editable destinations are a separate website feature, not an option in these apps.
Closing the panel does not cancel a queued generation. Reopen the app and reconnect if asked, then check recent creations before submitting another job. If the job is still processing, let it finish. Contact support with the job ID if it stays unavailable. Do not repeatedly create new jobs to recover the same result.
App connections expire for security. Reconnect the same Kyutcode account to continue. Reconnecting does not restore spent credits or create another monthly allowance. If authorization is denied or the window was closed, try Connect again; do not send us your password or access token.
Keep the complete artwork and surrounding border visible. Avoid cropping, overlays, distortion, or very small printing. Try the final exported image at several reasonable sizes, in good lighting, with your phone camera and another scanner. Automated scan checks cannot guarantee every device or layout. If it still fails, email the job ID, destination and a screenshot of the final layout so we can investigate.
Complimentary designs include Kyutcode branding and are delivered at a lower resolution. Please keep that branding intact. Paid-credit designs are delivered at full resolution without the banner. Use the app's delivered file, rather than taking a screenshot or upscaling a preview. Existing account entitlements determine whether an original is unlocked.
A credit is held while generation is processing. A terminal generation failure releases that hold; a completed pair consumes one credit. An insertion or download problem after generation is different: your completed artwork is still available, so retry adding it rather than generating again. If the image is missing or the balance looks wrong, send support the job ID and the platform you used.
Canva and Adobe Express use your Kyutcode wallet; Kyutcode credit purchases are separate from their subscriptions. A purchase link is only shown where the host platform allows it. Shopify purchases use Shopify billing and the shop's separate balance. For payment help, send support the receipt or purchase ID and the account or shop involved. Never send full card details. Refund requests are reviewed, not automatically guaranteed.
Use Disconnect in the app or remove the integration from its host platform. Disconnecting stops that connection; it is not a request to erase your Kyutcode account, purchase history, or artwork already copied to a design. For account access or deletion requests, contact support@kyutcode.com. Shopify privacy requests have a separate shop-erasure workflow. Financial, fraud-prevention and legal records may require retention review.
Your account, your choices
Disconnecting an app revokes its access. It doesn’t remove images you have already added to a Canva or Adobe design, or erase your Kyutcode records. For deletion or access requests, contact support.
