Credits and cancellation

Kyutcode offers three free render credits per account each calendar month and optional one-time credit packs. Credit packs are not subscriptions: there is no recurring charge, renewal date, or subscription cancellation flow. You can leave a Stripe Checkout page before completing payment without buying anything.

A credit is held while a render is being processed. If the job fails or is cancelled before it starts, that credit is released. A completed, scan-verified render consumes one credit.

Purchase support and refunds

We do not promise automated refunds. If a paid credit pack was charged incorrectly or has unused credits that you believe should be refunded, contact support with the email used for the purchase and the Stripe receipt. Requests are reviewed case by case and do not override consumer rights that apply where you live. Used credits and delivered image assets are not automatically refundable.

Your content

You are responsible for your prompts, QR destinations, and how you use downloaded images. Do not use Kyutcode for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing material. We may reject or remove content that creates a safety, rights, or service-risk issue.

Availability

Generative systems can fail and QR results can vary by scanner, device, lighting, and image resizing. Kyutcode only publishes a render after its worker records a scan-verification result, but you should test a downloaded code for an important campaign before distributing it.
