Credits and cancellation

Kyutcode offers two free generation credits per account each calendar month and optional one-time credit packs. Each credit creates two generated interpretations. Credit packs are not subscriptions: there is no recurring charge, renewal date, or subscription cancellation flow.

Purchased credits are used before complimentary credits. Artwork made with a purchased credit is delivered at full resolution without attribution. Complimentary artwork is delivered as a lower-resolution, scan-verified copy with a small Kyutcode attribution while its full-resolution original remains private. The service targets 672 pixels for the complimentary copy and may use a larger verified size when a particular artwork needs it to scan reliably.

When a purchase is fulfilled, complimentary creations submitted up to that purchase are unlocked for that account, including one that was already waiting in the creation line. Complimentary creations submitted after the account has used its purchased balance remain attributed and lower-resolution unless a later purchase unlocks them. You may not remove, crop out, obscure, or alter attribution on a complimentary copy; an unlocked original does not contain that attribution.

A credit is held while a generation is being processed. If the job fails or is cancelled before it starts, that credit is released. A completed, scan-verified pair consumes one credit.

Editable destinations

A generation using a purchased credit may optionally encode a stable Kyutcode link. Its owner can change the public web destination from the gallery without reprinting the artwork. The stable link depends on Kyutcode remaining available, and destinations may be disabled when they violate these terms or create a safety or legal risk.

Purchase support and refunds

We do not promise automated refunds. If a paid credit pack was charged incorrectly or has unused credits that you believe should be refunded, contact support with the email used for the purchase and the Stripe receipt. Requests are reviewed case by case and do not override consumer rights that apply where you live. Used credits and delivered image assets are not automatically refundable.

Your content

You are responsible for your prompts, QR destinations, and how you use downloaded images. Do not use Kyutcode for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing material. We may reject or remove content that creates a safety, rights, or service-risk issue.

Availability

Generative systems can fail and QR results can vary by scanner, device, lighting, and image resizing. Kyutcode only publishes a render after its worker records a scan-verification result, but you should test a downloaded code for an important campaign before distributing it.
