What connects to what
Canva and Adobe Express connect to a verified Kyutcode account with your authorization. We record the account, integration identity, authorization and token lifecycle so we can enforce access, credit usage and revocation. Kyutcode stores hashes of its opaque authorization codes and access tokens. Canva manages the OAuth credentials it receives; the Adobe add-on uses its connection token to call Kyutcode.
Shopify uses the installing shop’s identity and a separate shop account, rather than automatically linking a merchant’s personal Kyutcode account. We keep the shop domain, installation/session information and service records needed to operate that connection.
Generation inputs and service records
When you create artwork, Kyutcode receives the scene prompt and destination URL you submit. We store generated images, job and attempt history, scan-verification information, app attribution, credit reservations and purchase records. We use these to generate and deliver artwork, show recent creations, enforce entitlements, diagnose problems and protect the service.
The destination is encoded into the artwork, so anyone with a readable copy can recover it. Do not submit passwords, private access tokens or confidential destinations. The initial integrations use fixed destination links.
Generation may use Kyutcode-operated GPU workers and configured external AI services, including OpenAI for supported prompt translation or image refinement. Where those features are used, the provider receives the relevant prompt and/or image inputs needed for the request. Sharing is not limited to the browser editor. Our main privacy notice describes quality-improvement and service-operating uses; this supplement does not promise that submitted content is never retained or used for those purposes.
Images you add to another platform
The Canva app retrieves your selected image through your authorized Kyutcode connection and transfers its original bytes to Canva’s upload API. The Adobe add-on retrieves the selected image and passes it to Adobe’s insertion API. These actions create copies managed by the host platform under its own policies. Revoking a Kyutcode connection does not remove a copy already placed in a design or downloaded to a device.
These editor integrations are designed to add your selected artwork. They do not request access to read existing design content, contacts or payment-card details. Generated images are identified as AI-generated where the host’s image API supports that disclosure.
Shopify product and billing information
The Shopify app requests product-read access to help you choose a product destination and describe the artwork. It does not request customer or order-reading permissions. Do not put buyer information into a prompt. Shop identity, generation history and confirmed Shopify app-purchase identifiers, amounts and credit grants are retained to provide the service and reconcile billing.
Shopify processes app purchases for the shop. Website credit purchases are handled by Stripe. Kyutcode’s integrations do not collect raw payment-card information. These purchase records and balances are not automatically transferable between a Shopify shop and a personal Kyutcode account.
Access, disconnecting and deletion
You can disconnect from an editor app or remove the integration through the host platform. Disconnecting revokes that connection; it is not an account-deletion request. Contact support@kyutcode.com for account access, correction or deletion assistance. We may need to verify that you control the affected account or shop. Never send your password, access token or full card details.
Shopify shop-erasure requests are processed separately from uninstalling. Removing stored artwork and generation records may require pending workers to stop, storage cleanup, and a review of retained copies and backups. Purchase, security, fraud-prevention and legal records may require retention. We do not represent an uninstall or an accepted deletion request as proof that every copy has already been erased.
